14 months

Elsa has been babbling for months now, not really saying much. Momma and dadda sorts of but not at us in particular. Well..she finally has her first word...its Gato!

Clara, the nanny who I call Mary Poppins because she is so wonderful, talks to Elsa and Julian all day in Spanish. The nanny share family has 2 cats that Elsa loves...thus, why our kid's first word is the spanish word for cat! Now our challenge is teaching her that Dalasi is not a gato.

Elsa's First Blizzard

Whoa, we sure do have a lot of snow!

Dalasi loves the snow almost as much as he loves Elsa.

Daddy carved Dalasi a path that Elsa fit in just perfect.

The day that snow started when there was still left over wet snow from the last time, we taught Elsa the most important thing about snow...how to make and throw snowballs!
