Milo Giggles

Lucky kids

We have two very lucky kids. Look at the fun they get to have while mom and dad work!

Now that Milo is engaging more, Elsa loves to try and include him in whatever she is doing. When she makes art projects, instead of making one for mommy like she used to, she now always makes one for Milo. We are really hoping the love for her brother stays after he is able to take her toys away!

Elsa Visits the Dentist

Elsa went to the dentist for the first time and was positively amazing. She sat still, had her teeth cleaned, flossed, mouth suctioned and didn't make a peep! It was astounding considering the horror stories I have heard from my friends.

She was super excited about getting a new toothbrush, cup that holds the brush and a timer that we now use when she brushes. We are so proud of our little girl who is getting less "little" by the day.

Milo is 5 Months!

It is a little hard to believe Milo is already 5 months. He is such a sweetheart. The newest thing this month is how he engages with Elsa. Prior to this month he would watch her if she was close to him. This month he actively strains to find her, and as soon as he sees her he beings to smile and belly laugh! All she has to do is smile at him and he beams!

Fun with Clara and Milo

Elsa, Julian, and Milo have another great day in Greenbelt. Milo is really enjoying going to Tumble Bugs and all of the other fun classes that Julian and Elsa take. He loves watching all of the kids and both Julian and Elsa are excited to show him off - super cute!

Town Center

Two more great things about being a kid in Greenbelt: 1. It's the middle of January and you can still ride bikes without mittens. 2. The town center is like a nascar track for toddler bikes!

Milo is Four Months!!

Wow has he changed a lot in the last month! He is full on smiling and giggling. He "talks" a lot to us -but especially to his daddy who he seems to have a preference for so long as he is not hungry. Speaking of being hungry - he is...and often! He still wakes up 2-3 times per night to eat but is starting to take good consistent naps for Clara during the day.

Elsa continues to be an awesome big sister - super gentle with Milo, big help to mommy and daddy, and very, very patient with Mommy, Daddy and Clara when we need to be doing things with Milo.

He is very much like his sister was in that he is constantly moving, loves water and thinks kisses from Dalasi are hysterical.
